My future plans

Now after approximately around four months of being in the industry, I have learnt a lot of experiences of doing a real business outside of the boundaries of Internet and web. The most valuable thing I have learnt is in order to achieves our goals in any business we will need to have loyal human resources. Unfortunately the most loyal men in the industry I work in right now are the workers but they do not have any influence or power over the owner of the organization. On the other hand, the head of the financial team who is responsible for all accounting stuff and ... is not a moral man. He has made a powerful influence on the owner of the factory and I have been told many times that he is making illegal money by hidden cooperation with some customers, he is also famous for his illegal intercourse activities with womens and girls. Now imagine what will happen in an organization like this! Although the owner of the organization and all the shareholders are moral and good people, but they do not have good human resource in their office, but they are still making huge money (with all the unprofessional management of the organization and corrupted accountant).
 
From the first moment of working in the industry I tried to do my best and I even tried to let the boss know about what is going on in his organization, I tried to indirectly warn him about the cheats which is regulary happening in his accounting department. Guess what happened! Nothing, He simply did not care about suggestions because I did not have influence over him.

I was planing to offer him to buy more machinery and to enter the energy industry because the market of energy industry in Iran is quite promising. He did not care, it seemed he was already satisfied with the current situation of his business.
 
Now it's been about a few weeks that I have decided to roll up my sleeves and start my own business. Only in my  own business I will be able to implement what I have in my mind. I never forget what Dr. Bijan Latif, the former vice president of Centeral Bank of Iran, who is a friend of mine, told me  two years ago: Land of opportunity is Iran. And now I understand what he was trying to convey by this sentence. 

In developing countries like Iran, it is easier to find the free spaces and jump into it and make huge money from it. But it is very difficult or even impossible to easily find free opportunities in developed countries.  
 
My calculation shows that I will need a budget of approximately $4 million, in the first phase of launching my own business. This is the most huge decision I have made in my life.  I plan to occupy at least 50 workers at the first phase of my project and to create different indirect jobs too. My policy is to work and cooperate with moral and honest people. This is going to be a big goal.
 
God willing ! This goal will be achieved.

Arasp Kazemian was born in Tehran , the capital of Iran ,on August 29, 1980. He is the first son of Abbas kazemian who is a retired colonel of the Iranian Air Force Army now. Due to the Iran – Iraq war, Arasp's father and his family migrated to Booshehr province when he was only four years-old and they stayed there for six years.

 

Arasp got diploma from Dr. Hesabi high school. On 2001 he was admitted to the International Association of Web Masters and Designers, Florida USA and he got his certificates from the association soon. Arasp also got a BA Degree in Translation.

Arasp is currently working on different projects. The biggest one is www.ezaban.com which is going to be the most comprehensive online English institute for Iranians  He is also the administrator of some websites which are mainly powered by Iranian Ministry of Communication and some University Committees.

Arasp pounds on Google

I want to show you how dirty the politics can be ! 
And This is the politics that makes people to be apart. 

Many years ago, when Adsense had already started its program I was one of the first men who joined the program. Soon I earned enough money to be sent to my local address in Tehran - Iran. 

Guess what happened! I got the cheque and went to bank to change it to money. They told me Iran does not have any diplomatic relationship with USA since the past 25 years, contact Google to ask them send it to another bank account in Switzerland.

Anyway, after I emailed google: 

Iran was banned from the list of countries in the whole Google services.
My Adsense Account was banned. (Because I am Persian)
Google did not send any other check to Iran ! 

It seems Google did not know that it cannot have relations with Iran by that time and since, I was the only person who got Check in Iran, they ' all of a sudden noticed that. Damn ! I was a nice victim ! what the hell ! They cannot not be against American Government. 

Anyway, this is the picture of the ONLY google Adsense Cheque to Iran. 

I have held this cheque as the memorial of IRAN ~ USA positive relations. (It did not stopped in 1978, I happened in 2004) .
